As of 1 November 2025, ARCNL welcomes its new director, Marcelo Ackermann, succeeding Wim van der Zande. "Being director of ARCNL was probably the best job I ever had," reflects Wim. Asked about leadership styles, Marcelo explains: “My goal is to keep the atmosphere open and positive. And whatever the challenge, I always ask: how do we solve this together? That’s how you keep moving forward." |
